Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment details are entered correctly. Any banking fees or transfer charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Due to hygiene reasons, hosiery products, including tights, stockings, and socks, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Other clothing items may only be returned in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage caused by improper use, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified defect.
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence.
